Current Legislation

During the 2026 legislative session AK-PA tracked bills that would introduce medical compacts and the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT). We were invited to provide testimony on three bills: HB352, SB281, and HB 110.
We also tracked SB83 that would create telehealth parity and include psychological services in the definition of health care services.
The 34th legislature ends May 20, 2026.
