Mike Blakey, LPA grew up and attended university in Oregon before moving to Alaska in 1990.  He obtained both his B.S. in Psychology and Sociology with a minor in Business and an M.S. in Human Resources Management from the University of Oregon in Eugene.  He worked in both non-profit and corporate settings in a variety of human resources positions before returning to his original interest in psychology.  He  graduated from the University of Alaska in Anchorage with an M.S. in Clinical Psychology completing his practicum at the university based Psychological Services Center and his internship at Anchorage Community Mental Health Services.  At Greatland Clinical Associates he provides therapy and psychological assessment services to adults.  His main clinical interests include working with depression, anxiety, stress, interpersonal trauma, chronic pain, concerns affecting employment and couples therapy.
